As a grief counselor & depth psychotherapist, I believe true healing occurs in profound relationship with mind, body, & spirit.

I approach psychotherapy with warmth, compassion, and curiosity—with a deep appreciation for the courageous leap of faith and vulnerability it takes—in any one individual, couple, or family—to pursue a path of healing, change, and growth.

Moving at the speed of safety and trust, with a playful balance of warmth and directness, I strive to provide a collaborative atmosphere for you to explore the depths of your experience, identify unconscious patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that may run counter to your goals, and empower your own inner knowing in promotion of greater agency, dignity, and wellbeing.

I specialize in working with:

  • Older adults (65+)

  • Chronically and/or terminally ill

  • Primary caregivers

  • Bereaved and/or grieving individuals, couples, and families

And those struggling with:

  • Depression, isolation, loneliness

  • Existential anxiety & spiritual questioning

  • Adjustments to injury, illness, & shifting physical baselines

  • Low self-esteem & stigmatization in the face of ageism & ableism

  • Loss & Mourning:
There are many kinds of loss, some of which are culturally disenfranchised.
In addition to supporting folks through parent, spousal, or child loss, my practice welcomes those mourning loss of a loved one by suicide, pet loss, job loss/retirement, and separation/divorce,

My background:

I graduated from the Wright Institute with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2023. Prior to the completion of my degree, I worked and volunteered for several years as a paraprofessional crisis counselor at a variety of Bay Area nonprofits, including BAWAR and the Mental Health Association of California with a focus in providing trauma-informed, disaster response, and survivor-centered care.

In recent years, my practicum and associateship training has spanned inpatient, hospice, clinic, and private practice settings. In addition to my virtual practice, I currently receive advanced psychodynamic training at The Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley, CA.
