Therapy grounded in curiosity and compassion for those seeking clarity and healing.

Perhaps you're struggling with infertility and are feeling trapped in a relentless cycle of hope and heartbreak. Maybe you're a new mom drowning in the chaos, hormone changes and sleep deprivation that comes with a new baby. Or it could be that you're grappling with depression, shame, and isolation as you try to start a family, feeling left behind as others move on with life and into motherhood.
You might be using every ounce of energy you have just to get through the day and keep up appearances, when in reality you're crumbling under the crushing weight of depression, anxiety, trauma or addiction. Or perhaps you're at a pivotal professional crossroads and are feeling lost and scared about what comes next.
I view psychotherapy as a safe space to deepen your understanding of yourself through the brave and honest exploration of your emotions, relationships, and life experiences. I help clients navigate the path towards wholeness, clarity and healing by providing psychotherapy rooted in empathy, non-judgement and deep respect for your individual identity and history.
I work with adults, couples, and families of all social locations and identities and am currently seeing clients in person in San Francisco and Marin (on a limited basis), as well as via telehealth.

My background:
Seeking clarity, resilience and connection while navigating life's biggest moments has been a powerful throughline for me both personally and professionally. My own lived experience with infertility, pregnancy loss, and motherhood fuels my desire to help clients understand and honor the complex stories that shape them, and drives my passion for perinatal mental health.
Before pivoting to psychotherapy, I worked for nearly a decade in corporate healthcare consulting, followed by 10 years as a small business owner in the weddings and events industry. These experiences offered a front-row view of how stress, burnout, perfectionism, and productivity culture can take a toll on mental health – insight that now enriches my clinical work.
I received my Master's degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in the Integral Counseling Psychology program, and hold a B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University. My clinical training at CIIS emphasized relational, psychodynamic therapy rooted in social justice and attachment theory.
