SHE/HER
TELEHEALTH AVAILABLE
My passion for somatic therapy was sparked by my years as a high-level athlete, where I developed a deep interest in nervous system regulation and healing from a "no pain, no gain" culture and mentality.

You don’t have to feel alone, I want to share this journey with you—to help you find your way back home to your authentic self.
Therapy is your space to turn inward, gain insight, and find relief, release, and resolution—a time set aside for your healing and personal growth.
At the heart of my work is a relationship built on trust, where you’ll feel safe, accepted, and respected. Within this supportive space, you can express yourself openly, experience your deepest emotions, and uncover your most authentic truths—without judgment, without filters, & never alone.
